Evolution CMS 1.4.10: Manager Refresh, Updated Extras, and PHP Compatibility

Evolution CMS 1.4.10 was a maintenance-focused release, but it delivered exactly the kind of improvements that keep mature projects usable: updated bundled extras, refreshed front-end assets, and better compatibility in everyday environments.

Operational note

If manager icons rendered incorrectly after the update, the recommended fix was to remove the generated manager stylesheet and re-save the manager settings so the asset bundle could regenerate correctly.
