sSeo v1.3.3: Correct Sitemap Frequency and Multisite Domain Resolution

sSeo v1.3.3 fixes saved sitemap frequency values, resolves SEO data from the document domain in multisite projects, and corrects the package requirement to PHP 8.4 or newer.

sSeo v1.3.3 fixes two Manager editing problems and corrects the package's declared PHP requirement.

SEO field fixes

The saved sitemap changefreq value is selected correctly when the document form is reopened.
In an sMultisite setup, SEO fields are loaded using the domain resolved from the document tree rather than the current request host.
The domain resolver is now available to the document-form integration instead of being confined to internal updates.

PHP requirement

The Composer requirement now states PHP 8.4 or newer. Check the site's CLI and web-server PHP versions before updating, especially when Composer runs under a different binary from the public site.

No database migration is included in this release.
