dDocs v1.1.0: Cleaner Manager Shell and Localized Help

dDocs v1.1.0 cleans up the manager documentation experience. The documentation shell can hide the resource tree, navigation is better organized, and Help content now lives inside the same localized hub.

What changed

• The dDocs shell requests a hidden manager tree, giving long pages and code examples more horizontal space.
• Documentation moved into the manager utility menu after Help.
• Product documentation sources are grouped in a clearer navigation order.
• Help content is consolidated into dDocs with locale fallback.
• English, Ukrainian, Polish, German, and French entry pages were updated.

Package authors do not need to change their existing file-based documentation. The update mainly changes how those sources are presented and discovered inside the manager.
