Working Productively with Very Large Document Trees in Evolution CMS

Once the resource tree grows large enough, editor productivity depends on navigation strategy as much as on content structure.

Large sites eventually turn the document tree into a workflow problem. The question is no longer just where content lives, but how editors can reach the right node quickly without getting lost.

What helps most

  • stricter sectioning and naming conventions
  • manager helpers for faster jumping between important branches
  • reduced clutter in the tree for editors who do not need everything
  • dedicated modules or dashboards for repetitive content operations

The bigger the tree becomes, the more the manager needs to be treated like an editor workspace rather than a raw dump of every resource.
